Returns & Refunds Policy

All purchases made through Only Pounds Network are non-returnable and all sales are final. Due to the nature of our consumable hemp-derived products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Because we sell consumable products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about any product, feel free to contact us at support@onlypounds.shop prior to ordering — we’re happy to help!

⚠️ Exception: If you receive the wrong item, please submit video proof in the order section the instant you get the delivery. Due to the risk of the product being tampered with we have placed multiple security measures in the box to prevent such issues and those should be apparent in the video the moment you open the box.

📍 Important: Only Pounds Network only accepts returns and refunds on items purchased directly from our website. We do not allow returns from retail store purchases.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

Business Hours

Our team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

⚠️ Important Delivery Requirements

  • Adult Signature Required: All packages shipped via UPS require an adult signature for delivery (effective November 1, 2025). Please ensure someone 21+ is available to receive your package.
  • Friday Overnight Orders: Orders placed on Fridays with overnight shipping will arrive on Saturday if there is an available shipping option.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times & Expectations

Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and USPS and are not guaranteed:

  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Standart: 1–5 business days (based on delivery location)

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order with the wrong item:

  1. Contact us the instant you receive the package.
  2. Provide clear photos and videos and a detailed description of the issue in the order history section.
  3. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Only Pounds Network is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
